The Lincolnshire Front Porch Festival is a fun, free community event in Southern Indiana that has something for everyone!

Evansville's Lincolnshire Neighborhood

To be totally honest with you, I wasn't familiar with the Lincolnshire neighborhood until I heard about the Lincolnshire Front Porch Festival a few of years ago. It turns out the Lincolnshire neighborhood is located in Evansville from Lincoln Avenue to the north, Willow road to the east, Washington Avenue to the South, and Hwy 41 to the west.

An Evansville Neighborhood Full of History

I didn't realize it until I looked it up and that area has so much cool history there! So many beautiful homes and buildings make up the historic district. If you get a chance to drive around the Lincolnshire area, it's definitely a beautiful drive. To learn more about the neighborhood, you can read more on the Lincolnshire area including its historical significance, as well as a map so you can take in the beauty of Lincolnshire for yourself too.
