Beloved Boonville Business Looking for a New Owner After 50 Years
A Boonville Landmark Is Ready for Its Next Chapter
If you've ever made a trip to Tastee Freeze or headed to the fair in Boonville, chances are you've driven past Robin's Greenhouse. Throughout the spring and fall, I love seeing the splashes of color and folks lined up to get their seasonal plants.
Now, after five decades in business, the family behind the beloved greenhouse is ready to retire.
After 50 Years, the Kaisers Are Stepping Away
In a Facebook post, Robin and John Kaiser announced they've made the difficult decision to sell the business they've owned for the past 50 years. For 46 of those years, Robin's Greenhouse has operated from its current location at 714 E. Main Street in Boonville.
The couple thanked the community for decades of support, saying:
"Thank you so much to all of our new and loyal customers as well as our community! It was an absolute pleasure getting to see you all again. We appreciate your support and business over the last 50 years, especially these past 2. We are hopeful the next family will cherish it as much as we did. Business has been wonderful to us, it is just our time to relax. – Robin and John Kaiser"

A Turn-Key Opportunity for a New Owner
The property, which sits on approximately one acre, includes the post-frame building, multiple greenhouses, and everything needed to keep the business running. According to the post, the sale includes shelving, the irrigation system, signs, phones, and more, making it a turn-key opportunity for the next owner.

Plenty of Potential for the Future
While Robin's Greenhouse has operated as a seasonal greenhouse in recent years, the Kaisers say there's also said in the post that in the past few years it has only been a seasonal greenhouse but there's potential for it to be a full-time floral and gift shop.

Interested in Buying?
The property is currently being offered through a private sale but is expected to be listed with a commercial real estate agent soon.
