2026 Owensboro Regional Farmers’ Market Guide; Schedule, Vendors & More!
I'm ready for this weather to stop flip-flopping back and forth and settle on some beautiful spring weather. I immediately want to sit on a patio and drink a Bloody Mary. I want to walk through a greenhouse to pick out flowers for my garden.
Most of all, I want to pull up to the Owensboro Regional Farmers' Market, head straight for a coffee truck, and enjoy my cold brew while I make the rounds to all of the wonderful vendors. This year, I HAVE to remember to bring my cute produce bag that I ALWAYS forget. My friend and co-worker Traci was bragging today that she got a fancy bag on wheels to be the envy of everyone.
Owensboro-Daviess County really is lucky to have such an active farmers' market that is open not only every Saturday but also during the week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and even some evenings. There are activities for kids, scavenger hunts, a special market dedicated to local arts organizations, live music, and special holiday markets each year.
This year, we will see many of our favorite vendors return, plus 14 new local businesses joining the fun! Products sold range from fruits and veggies to anything you could want pickled and jarred, to food & beverage trucks so you can get breakfast or lunch while you shop. I also love that there are some artists and makers who participate in selling their wares. So many creative small business owners to treat yourself or shop for gifts.

I know I'm not alone in saying that products grown, made, or raised locally just taste better. Supporting vendors in our area not only means the world to them, but it also keeps more of your money here in our local economy. I'm so excited to see what looks like more new vendors added to the list than ever before.
