It's being billed as "Owensboro's Scariest Haunted Attraction" and it's coming to The Cottage on Hwy 56 later this month. So, get ready to scream and run! Terror in the Corn Maze is coming to town.

The Cottage is teaming up with Friends of Sinners (a Christ-based recovery center in Owensboro) for their first ever haunted attraction. Marlene Knight and her staff at the Farm Stand decided to turn their popular corn maze into a maze of mayhem in an effort to raise money for the mission. I visited The Cottage on Sunday, got a little sneak peek, and was promised, "There will be chainsaws."

Tickets for Terror in the Corn Maze are on sale now. They're just $20 a piece and are available online. When you purchase your tickets, you will be given a specific window of time to enter the maze. You must report to the main entrance of the attraction during that time frame for admittance.

You can experience Terror in the Corn Maze on Saturday, October 26th, Sunday, October 27th and on Halloween- October 31st!

Terror in the Corn Maze will feature live actors and actresses, 'terrifying props' (i.e. chainsaws!!), and graphic imagery. Due to the 'adult' nature of the attraction, the maze is not advised for children under the age of 13 and young children will not be admitted without an adult.

Terror in the Corn Maze is also a 'dark' event. The use of flashlights, laser lights, cameras, cell phones, or any other form of illumination is prohibited.
